Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, and vehicle transport services provided by us. By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Definitions

  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to the vehicle recovery service provider.

  • “Customer”, “You” refers to the person booking or using our services.

  • “Vehicle” refers to any car, van, motorcycle, or other vehicle recovered or transported by us.

2. Service Provision

We provide vehicle recovery, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and vehicle transport services. Services are subject to availability and may be delayed due to traffic, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Call-Outs and Recovery

  • A call-out fee may apply whether or not the vehicle is successfully recovered.

  • Recovery will only be carried out if it is safe to do so.

  • We reserve the right to refuse recovery if the vehicle is in a dangerous position or if conditions pose a risk to our staff or the public.

4. Vehicle Condition & Responsibility

  • You must inform us of the correct condition, size, and type of vehicle when booking.

  • Additional charges may apply if the information provided is inaccurate.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to the vehicle, including mechanical or electrical faults.

5. Damage & Liability

  • All reasonable care will be taken while your vehicle is in our possession.

  • We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing faults, worn components, or vehicle condition beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited to the extent covered by our insurance policy.

6. Personal Belongings

  • Personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle before recovery or transport.

  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left inside the vehicle.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, or other payment methods as agreed at the time of booking.

  • Non-payment may result in the vehicle being retained until payment is received.

8. Storage

  • Vehicle storage may be arranged if required.

  • Storage charges will apply after the first 24 hours unless otherwise agreed.

  • Vehicles not collected within a reasonable time may be subject to further action in line with applicable laws.

9. Cancellations

  • If you cancel a booking after a recovery vehicle has been dispatched, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.

  • No refunds will be given once the service has started.

10. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, accidents, or breakdowns of recovery equipment.

11. Health & Safety

You must follow any safety instructions given by our recovery operators. Failure to do so may result in the service being refused.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
